When do YOU use your OPK?
I just did it at 7:30 after having not used the bathroom since 4:30 and I thought I was going to burst!
If FMU is not good to use I do not know what else I can do!

I'm feeling the same way! I'm just waiting for stupid AF to come so I can start using the OPKs again this month!

I usually do it in the morning when i wake up. But I also tested 2x one day at night and i didnt drink any liquids for 2 hrs, that is what it said on the box.

My box said best results are from 12-8PM and to not use the bathroom for at least 4 hours. I cracked at 3hrs!

My box says to collect urine at approx. the same time each day and you should reduce your liquid intake approx 2 hrs prior to testing.
So I tested when I woke up. I tested one night also and saw faint 2nd line and the next morning was 2 lines.

Sounds like FMU is not the best choice.
And 2hrs I can do....3 or 4 no! I think I will try maybe 2.5 tomorrow. Thanks!

I usually take it around 7ish. You are suppose to reduce your liquid intake so that you can hold your urine for 4 hours.
This month, I was only able to hold it around 3hrs & still got my +OPK on the day I always "thought" I was Oing!!!

I tried not to drink a lot in the afternoon at work and then I would use it as soon as I got home. There was usually no more than 2 or 3 hours since I had gone to the bathroom....there's no way I could hold it for the 4 hours they suggest.
