What is a OPK? I new please tell me. I see a lot of Lingo that I don't know. Oh well. I know what this means..
i think its ovulation predictor kit....im new here to and if i dont understand something i look on the lingo link its a helpful and then when all else fails i ask
I have to ask though- did you get the +OPK today? If so- your chart is/may be wrong. +OPK mean LH has been detected and you WILL LIKELY ovulate within the next 12-36 hours, not that ovulation has occurred. You need to see a thermal shift in your temps before you can confirm O.

If you got it yesterday- then TODAY or tomorrow would likely be your O-day (which is not reflected on your chart). Not that it matters as long as you started BDing when you saw the surge- but it may keep you from POAS too soon and getting a disappointing BFN.

oh ok - gotcha thanks!! i just hope i read the stick correctly it said the same color or darker most of it was the same color and one area was darker
