Can someone look at my chart again
I had cramps last weekend and EWCM - cramps like PMS cramps
now i have no cramps, no AF and no temperature shift

With your temps all over the place it is hard to tell where you are in your cycle....
I would speak to the doctor and seee what is going on...

There's no thermal shift that I can tell so I would say that you haven't ovulated yet. How long are your cycles usually? Your doctor can test your progrestrone level to check if you've actually ovulated.

this is my first cycle off BCP
i stopped BCP august 8th - got AF sept 27
i saw gyno last week, testosterone was slightly elevated
i have an appt with endocronologist next wed. because of my hypothyroidism

I agree - it doesn't look like you ovulated (these seem to be all pre-ovulation temps) and it's very erractic. I think you should bring your chart into your MD to take a look. How long are your cycles usually?

i dont think my cycles are usually anything
i was on the pill for so long i dont even remember!! usually about 5 weeks (35-40 days)

i did not ovulate my second month off BCP. but since then, everything has been fine. i would wait it out another cycle and see what happens. BCP can really do a number on your system and it can take your body a while to adjust and become regular. i wouldn't worry just yet.

I wouldnt stress too much being the first month off BCP - i was usually about 30 days b4 BCPs...then the first month off BCPs was 40 days long.. if your cycle is normally 35-40 off pills it just may be taking that much longer... since your normal cycles off BCPs are longer...
obviously telling you not to stress is a bit hypocritical of me - as all of us get anxious to get that BFP and wondering if something is wrong.. i think the wait is the killer!!, so good luck getting your cycle straightened out!

It looks like you are having an annovulatory cycle (when you don't ovulate). I had them every few months. Stress can cause that.

I would say maybe you didn't ovulate. Sometimes it takes a couple of months to regulate. I think it was my 3rd month off BCP I finally O'd

well, its not my first month off the pill
i stopped the pill august 8th, but only got AF once so it is my first cycle charting
i got AF sept. 27 and now im on CD 43

I was on the pill for 10 years - went off in March, got AF 30 days later like usual, then never got her again without assistance. I have mild PCOS. I think that first AF was a fluke and was due to leftover hormones from the pill. I do not think I ovulated that month and I know I haven't since on my own without fertility meds.
I agree with the other posters that I don't think you O'd. I know you have had bloodwork but you should ask for a sono of your ovaries. All my bloodwork came back normal and my only symptom is no periods. When I had the sono they saw the cysts on my ovaries and confirmed PCOS.

This is EXACTLY what happened with me, although I was only on the pill for a year and a half. My first cycle off the pill was 35 days, and I've needed assistence ever since.

My RE told me that trying to chart with temps when you have PCOS or other hormone related problems is pointless. My temps were all over the map just like yours. Temping only really works if you have a "normal" menstrual cycle and you ovulate. You're probably better off with OPKs because they are more accurate.
You are on CD 43, right? If you don't get AF in a week I'd say go see your doctor, get her to prescribe Provera and start a new cycle fresh and try the OPKs. If the same thing happens again, you know you are not ovulating on your own and may need assistance. I also really think you should ask for a sonogram of your ovaries when you go back to the doctor. If you do take Provera and get a period, you should go in for CD3 bloodwork to check your levels (FSH/LH/Estrogen). I know you already got bloodwork but CD3 is a little different because its taken on a specific day during your cycle.
