For those that don't eat seafood
What do you supplement with? I am taking a prenatal with DHA. Is that enough?

I take Expecta (DHA). I also eat walnuts almost daily and Luna bars (that have omega 3 in them). Oh, and sometimes eggs with omega 3 in them.

flax seed is also a great source of omega 3, you can add a spoon of it to anything and barely taste it.

I don't like seafood and just take a DHA vitamin along with my prenatal (Citracal)
