i just fell!
I was walking to my desk and tripped over my own feet. I landed right on my left hand and right knee. Bad enough my knee is scrapped. I scared my co-workers and myself. I am 23 weeks.....I'm pretty shaken up......

Take it easy, but I am sure you will be OK.
I fell when I was about 3 months, doc said you could even fall on your belly and be ok at that point because there's a lot of padding.
Feel better!!!

i know exactly how u feel... i have become such a clutz being preggers... i spoke to my doc after i fell, and he said that i was good as long as i didn't hit my tummy, and there was no bleeding
sit down and relax for a little while honey!

Try to take it easy today. Put you feet up when you get home and explain to your DH why it's medically necessary for him to give you a massage.
