Normally I am sleeping between 8:30 and 9:30 - but if I have a lot on my mind I can stay up until all hours.
I am almost always up by 5:30 or 6am.

Weekdays -- weekends, I stay up a bit later and get up between 7 and 8.

I usually go to bed some time between 10-11 and get up anwher between 6-7. Unless DS has a different plan!

I'm usually asleep between 9 and 10pm and up between 5:30 and 6:30, even on the weekends. I was wide awake on Sunday at 5:30.
