This may have been asked before but
what exactly does it feel like when your uterus is stretching?
For the past hour I have been feeling a little twinge (it's not cramps) on the left side of my uterus. It's not unbarable just that annoying pain that comes and goes.
It happens to me every now and again so I'm thinking this is normal and could be my uterus stretching.
Does this sound normal?

It sounds normal to me...I get all sorts of weird feelings/pains/cramps. Nothing major though.

Exactly, it's nothing major but always puts that question in the back of my head.
Thanks!

Re: This may have been asked before but
ugh- mine hurts. Not unbearable by any means- but it is unmistakably stretching. I feel like my muscles are in a taffy pull. Like pangs of mild pain- nowhere near as painful as cramps were for me, but very similar in style. And it's randomly sporadic. Like I will get a twinge on my lower right side, then my left, then my crotch, then my left. Maybe I am going through a big stretching phase. it also hurts more when I first stand, and sometimes when I walk.
ETA- not sure that my pain is uterine- I think it's round ligament- as in, my muscles are stretching to accomodate my uterus.

Re: This may have been asked before but
You're pain sounds more like ligament stretching. The uterous growth spurts are mostly above my pelvic bone and is much more painful than round ligament stretching. the entire bottom of my belly and the belly button area hurts/sore and very painful when standing up and walking. I didn't know exactly what is was until I spoke to my midwife about it and she clarified.

Re: This may have been asked before but
Yes, you are both describing it to a "T" and yes it definitely feels like a stretchy feeling with pain (if that makes any kind of sense )
...and Preguntas, you are hysterical!! I see your post and you always crack me up so thank you for all the laughs!
