Question about keeping Sugar cookies fresh...
I plan on making some sugar cookies today for Halloween tomorrow. How do I keep them from getting really hard? I don't want them to turn as hard as a rock by tomorrow.

As long as you keep them in an air tight container they should be fine for tomorrow. I do that and they last for several days.

Oh ok...Well I bought this plastic container today with a lid so that should be fine right? Do I put anything inside the container like paper towel to cover them or wax paper?

I don't. I have heard if you put a piece of white bread in with cookies it will keep the soft but I have never done this.
