Do you drink whole milk?
I just had a bottle of it because it was that or skim..
I feel like I drank a glass of cream.....
Such a difference between that and 2%.....

not anymore, we switched to 2% about 3 years ago..now whole milk is so thick to me. I remember when I couldn't drink anything but whole milk. lol

Cow's milk contains, on average, 3.4% protein, 3.6% fat, and 4.6% lactose.

Or is skim enough? I love drinking milk.

I drink the Skim Plus or Skinny Cow Fat Free. Both have more calcium and protein than 1%, 2% or whole milk.

I only use whole milk when cooking because it makes sauces thicker. If I drink milk usually have 2%.

i'm not a milk drinker so I only cook with whole milk. My DD hardly drinks it as well so when she does it's whole organic as well.

We only keep Lactaid with calcium in the house because DH is lactose intolerant.

I drink skim. I'm used to it though. I can't drink whole milk. I'd rather waste my fat intake on something more exciting than that.

I used to only buy 1% for the house, but since I became PG, I started with the 2%... it's hard, because I feel like that tastes like cream..... I can't even think about drinking whole milk...
