BRU Furniture Delivery

If you ordered your furniture from BRU, how long after you ordered it did it arrive?
I seem to be having such problems. The delivery company has had 2 pieces of my furniture since the 16th and the last piece got to them on the 23rd...they still havent called me to schedule delivery


ETA: I have dealt with BRU all day saturday and got in an argument with the manager who told me if they haven't called to schedule delivery yet, I shouldn't be calling them. She told me I will probably hear from them on monday....uh huh, its tuesday...still no call

I think it took about 2 weeks. I had a dresser and crib delivered. I was also supposed to get the mattress delivered, but they called me to tell me the wrong mattress size came in. They said they'd call me when the mattress came in, but never did. I went to the store weeks later, with the baby, and asked where his mattress was. I said 'where is he supposed to sleep people?!?!' (Well, he was sleeping in the pack n play, but they didn't have to know that.) After a lot of questions, come to find out they never told the store that the wrong mattress came in and that we still needed a mattress.

So, after all my blabbering........ my point is to call them and ask!

At this point....they are on my speed dial!! I called again today, they were very surprised that the delivery company still didnt call me to schedule. They left another message with the delivery company and a message with corporate.
I am supposed to get a call back from the guy at BRU by 6pm today if I don't hear from the deliv. co.
My poor baby is still in her pnp and its not working out anymore, she fell off the changing table part into the bassinett part. Not that its BRU's fault that I only ordered the furniture on the 11th, but come on...The delivery company is just sitting with my furniture that I paid for in cash. I hate them!!!

The problem we had was with the actual delivery guy they told us they would be here btwn a certain time and then didnt show up at all, and then they said they would be here the next day btwn a certain time and they still didnt show up at that time and finally came at 8pm the second night.. Oh boy was my DH ******.. he got stuck spending both days home when he had things to do, and i lost a day pay the second day b/c we had no one to wait.

have you called the store where your ordered it from?

the delivery company called me last week saying they will call me today to schedule an appt time. it was almost 4pm when i haven't heard from them, i called the store. the guy was nice enough to call their warehouse distribution center for me. the delivery company just called and told me the time they'll be here.

now that i read the other post, i hope they show up like they're suppose to.
