Unfortunately, every doctor is different and has different limitations. I know my doctor gave me a list, did you get one of those when you went to the doctor? If you haven't gone yet, you will probably get a list.

If you do a search for "fish" you'll get plenty of threads, but I bumped one thread for you that seemed to have a detailed analysis in it.
Do a search for "cheese", "fish" or "cold cuts" under the pregnancy board and you'll find a whole bunch as well. Most foods that you can't eat fall into one of those categories.
