What time?

Ok, so what time does everyone go to bed/get up and do you take any naps throughout the day?

Bed at around 10pm, up at 6:30. Sometimes I take an evening nap for 30-60 minutes. On the weekends I usually nap.

Most of the pregnancy, it was bed around 10 - 11, up at 7, with two-three bathroom breaks. In the last trimester, it's been around 9 for bed, but waking up every 90 minutes for the bathroom. and sometimes not being able to fall back asleep. Alarm goes off at 7, sometimes I hit snooze until 7:15.

Right now I've been trying to be in bed by 10. I get up at 6. And sometimes I nap when I first get home from work around 5:30 for about a half hour.

at 14 1/2 weeks i am asleep by 830 iits soo sad.. i wake up in the middle of the night wide awake and have to force myself back to sleep. Theni am up at 5 with my 13 month old.

I wake up around 7:30/8:00. I don't nap b/c I have a 5 month at home and when she takes her little cat naps I have to take advantage of it.
I go to sleep at around 11:00. I told DH that we have to go to bed earlier.

I go to sleep between 9:30 and 10:30. I am up at 4:30. Same routine as pre-pregnancy only I sleep on the train now where before I used to read my book on the commute.

Usually I go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 7:30am. I haven't taken any naps (very occassional) since the beginning of the 2nd trimester. They were a must during the 1st trimester.

I go to bed at around 11:30 most nights, and I wake up on average at 9:30am I dont really nap much right now (21 weeks) but I was up until 3 weeks ago.

Bedtime is 10 pm, sometimes earlier...no naps during the day. The alarm goes off at 6:45 am, but DH comes in at 7:20 to roll me out of bed.

I go to sleep between 9:00 and 9:30 during the week and get up at 6:00. No naps usually during the week. I usually will nap during the weekend

I fall asleep on the couch every night between 9-10 and wake up between 6:30-7AM. I wish I could nap during the day!

I go to bed around 11 or 12, but I don't get up until 8-8:30.

I started taking naps again, but it interferes with my sleep at night.

I usually go to bed around 10 to 11 and I wake up at 6:45am. And I usually get up twice to go to the bathroom. I can't nap during the week because I usually don't get home from work until 6:30, but I do try to nap on the weekends. This past sat I took a nice 3 hour nap smack dab in the middle of the day. It was nice.

During the week I'm in bed between 9pm-10pm and wake up at 5:30am.

I'm in bed by 10:00-10:30 up at 6:30 and I nap on the train to and from work and on the weekends, I HAVE to nap around 4-5pm for at least 1-2 hours.

I'm in bed by 9-10pm on week nights and up in the morning by 6:30-6:45. I usually take a nap during the day, ready for this... in my car on my lunch break, because I'm so tired! I can't get through the day with out it. And sometimes I even need to lay down after work as well because I'm still so tired. I can't wait until this exhaustion goes away! I'm not getting a lot done.

i went to sleep at 1:30 last night, and was texting theresa @ 6 am (maybe a little earlier)... i don't know what wakes me, but it's really AGGRIVATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I go to bed between 10 and 11 (depending what's on tv that night - I'm a junkie). I wake up around 7-7:30. Please note that I also wake up approx. 2 times every night for bathroom breaks.

On the weekend, I usually wake up the same time, but I take long naps in the afternoon!

I have a 2 year old, so I don't go to bed till 11pm, I wake up at 9-9:30. I try to nap with DD naps, but I usually have to get things done around the house.

i got sleep around 10 and get up around 6/6:30 depending on my work schedule that day.

Except last night - I was up from 1 - 5! It was awful!!!

On the weekends I nap for about 2 hours a day. During the week I don't have time to nap.

I go to bed at around 11pm and wake up at 7:30am. Sometimes I fall asleep on the couch before that.

I usually get up at least 2-3X during the night to go to the bathroom!

sometimes I am up when DH gets up- 4:00! then I can't get back to sleep!

go to bed at 11. am up numerous times to pee, then usually can't fall back to sleep right away.
Wake up at 7 am.

Sometimes I get a nap in when I get home from work before DH comes home, but not always.
On the weekend I almost always take a nap around 3 or so.

Wake up 9am.

about 4 to 5 times I wake up during the night to take the bathroom breaks. I feel like I don't get any rest at all!

Try to sneak in an hour from 5 - 6pm
