Less fetal movements in 3rd trimester

I'm due in about a week and I've noticed less fetal movement for about a week and a half.

So for my past two appointments I've been put on the monitor after my internal exam just to make sure everything is ok and everything is fine each time.

My baby moved so much throughout my pregnancy and they keep telling me my baby is running on the larger size. I guess the baby just doesn't have that much room in there.

Just curious if any of you are having the same feeling those in the last trimester. It makes me a little nervous. I'm even doing the fetal movement test.

it's normal to not feel as much movement towards the end because there's not really much room left in there for them to move around. As long as you're still feeling some movement you should be fine, but I'd definitely call your doctor if you're not feeling any movement at all.

I haven't reached your point yet, I'll be 36 weeks tomorrow. But I've read that the movement slows because they are running out of room. My baby is still moving a good amount, so I'm hoping she'll slow down a little as she gets bigger this last month. Otherwise it's gonna hurt.

I definitely feel less movement, and it's a different type of movement. Now I feel a distinct foot or arm poking out at me.
