Is this normal?

I have been experiencing mild cramping on and off throughout the day but there is no spotting/blood thank goodness. It is not severe cramping just very mild.

Is this normal?

Added: I am currently 6w/3d therefore I am thinking this could be my uterus expanding. If so how long does this usually last through pregnancy?

I just started noticing it today. I hardly had any cramps before AF was due until now that's what made me nervous but I guess it is normal.

Thanks so much for making me feel better Chat Icon

Is it on one specific side? I never felt cramp like cramps, it feel like stretching to me (which it is) but everyone feels ligament stretching differently. mine is always on the right, my sisters is always on her left.

It's just in my pelvic area, not on a specific side and not to the point where I would call it painful, just mild cramping. I also have gas (Chat Icon so sorry for sharing TMI) so my stomach is in an uproar on top of it so it's kind of hard to tell.

Yes, I guess you can say it kind of feels like stretching.

Re: Is this normal?

you might also be a little bit dehydrated. try to drink some extra water and see if that changes the feeling of the cramps.

Re: Is this normal?

I had cramping almost daily from about 4 weeks (before I knew I was pg) until about 7 weeks or so.

Re: Is this normal?

I had the same type of cramping in the very beginning. I asked my Dr about it. He said that it was normal, and there was no need to worry if the cramping was not accompanied by bleeding.

Congrats.
