We have a heartbeat!
I am so relieved!
Our first appointment was last night - everything went great! As DH was telling his family after, we have a little blob  . The sonogram was very cool, and a little surreal. The NP tried to show us the heartbeat - she said see that flicker? That's the heartbeat. Afterwards, we were both like, did you see the flicker? No, did you? No. It was kinda funny.
I go back in 4 weeks and this time we'll hear the heartbeat.
Oh, yeah, she gave me a due date of 5/24/07, so I'm 7wks 4days today.
ETA: DH just emailed me the sonogram pic, but it's soooo tiny  I can't figure out how to make it bigger
