I would be careful taking anything over the counter.. i would call your doc and see what they would suggest before just taking stuff.

Some doctors tell you that it is alright to take suddafed. I personally just used a nasal spray because I heard a bunch of different things about suddafed that freaked me out.

You can take suddafed and Tylenol sinus.

Your allowed to take Claritan...not the Claritan D though. I take it daily.

I think you can use a saline nasal spray (no medicine in it), but check with your doc

I take Zyrtec and Rhinocort. They are the only "safe" allergy medications that I am allowed to take. They are ranked a B.
