I don't have any friends - I have never sent out any invites or anything. I fm with a bunch of people, but never even thought to send them an invite ( even though I consider them an online friend.)

If they are sent to me, I accept them because I assume that person thinks I am nice and wants to be friends.
If I send them, it is because I have had a few or more good conversations with the person and can appreciate them as a friend.

I just checked for the very first time and had some! I had NO idea you had to go out of your way to check for friend requests ... shouldn't there be some pop up notification or something??
Anyway - it was easy enough - go into My Family above and click on My Friends.
