Does anyone know anything about that Across the Universe movie?
I am a massive Beatles fan and I keep seeing ads for it, but I know nothing about it...anyone know anything about it??

Julie Taymor did it and I think she is AMAZING! I can't wait to see it. The special effects should be fabulous! She was featured on Oprah the other day and the movie looks like a musical with a story based on the Beatles songs but with Julie's fantastic imagination and surreal imagery. If you can't tell, I can't wait to see it!

not sure what the movie is really about, but i heard the cast sing on good morning america the other day and they were awesome!! rachael evan wood (marilyn masons girlfriend) is in it and she is a fantastic singer. i would have never guessed it. and they all sang live that morning and they said during the movie they were all recorded live and only allowed one take.
