How do you make the sauce? I have an issue with it being too thin all of the time.
ETA: It might help if the pot gets more vodka than I do.

I sort of winged it from the recipes I read on the Recipe board. I actually like it thinner, not thick.

That is an excellent question.
I was supposed to go to inlaws but they cancelled.
I guess I'll just make tortellini in garlic and oil that's quick and doesn't require any defrosting.
