Tax Grievance - APPVD
i did the reserarch & filed the forms with a detailed
cover letter on April 15 (yup tax day)
Got the approval y'day, my taxes are being $$ REDUCED $$ 
Really happy abt this.

i would suggest look at homes
near yr home. Taxes are public
record,so you will see if you are
being over taxed

forms should be on yr town's website
then i went to the town hall, public records for other property details. i filled out the form & details of the other homes that paid less.
