This is the downside of a govt. job . You will come across people that you would never meet in the "mainstream" and thanks to bargaining unit protection, there's nothing you can do about them.

I don't mind non-conventional, but hygeine issues at work are a totally different story - YUCK! This is the same guy who has said TWICE to my team leader that he thinks that legal, i.e. ME, is "misinformed".
