Can someone please explain what The Hills is about
I know it's a reality show. Where did they find these people though? Were they famous before this???
I have seen the show maybe once but don't get what the premise is.

It all started with Laguna Beach, which was a semi-reality show about a bunch of kids in HS in this beautiful beach town in CA... the Hills is a spinoff which followed one of the girls off to college...

If you ask my DH he say's its about a bunch of spoiled kids who don't have real jobs and live off their parents money  I happen to like the show though!

I'd agree with that about Laguna Beach (although they are in hs still--or were then) and I am SURE that their parents help them financially, but they do all work...and go to school (LC at least). I think it is all relative, my parents helped me at that age and I was working and going to school....of course not to that degree, but they don't have that kind of money, KWIM?
