Totally reminds me of a great story that I think you guys will enjoy - I had a Hebrew professor at NCC who was a black caribbean jew - very religious, went to yeshiva growing up. Very interesting background. She had a great humor about it as she was always used to looks - when she walked in the first day and looked at our faces, she said, "Bet you didn't expect to see me as your professor." But I digress. In any case, she told our class one day that she got into a fight with an Israeli guy over a parking spot in Queens and he was muttering curses at her in Hebrew. She said she whipped around and went off on him in Hebrew and his mouth dropping open and gaping at her was priceless. I thought it was funny!

I hesitate to speak hebrew to them because I think they would become super stalkers!

I hesitate to speak hebrew to them because I think they would become super stalkers!
true true, which is a reason why i havent spoken to them in any language!

This is why I dont let on that I know Spanish. To tell you the truth, I dont look as if I would speak Hebrew either.

This is why I dont let on that I know Spanish. To tell you the truth, I dont look as if I would speak Hebrew either.

If I have one more of those child modeling recruiter people in the middle of Roosevelt Field accost me as I walk past, stalking my stroller and saying, "Excuse me, is that your son?", I will be telling them, "No, I just kidnapped him, you'll have to excuse me as I flee the scene!"

there are TWO of them at the smithhaven mall now... UGHHHH

ITA!!! This is SUCH a pet peeve of mine. They once talked my DH into getting some lotions/nail buffers. When he brought the stuff home, I went right back to the mall and returned it all. They are relentless!
