I heard that the 1 train is suspended between South Ferry and Chambers both directions. I take the 1 to Penn so it looks like I'm in the clear although I'm sure there will be delays.

My mother called me to tell me that the R train will be suspended during rush hour  and that the E and V will also be suspended.
The MTA website said that the 6 is suspended from Brooklyn Bridge to 59th Street/Lex. The 4 and the 5 are also having trouble but I don't remember it exactly. Once I decided to take the bus home I gave up on the website.

2 AND 3 TRAINS ARE RUNNING
4 AND 6 TRAINS – SERVICE IS SUSPENDED BETWEEN 86 STREET AND BROOKLYN BRIDGE/CITY HALL
5 SERVICE SUSPENDED BETWEEN 86 STREET AND BOWLING GREEN

MTA website says E trains are suspended in both directions between the Queens Plaza Station and the Forest Hills-71st Avenue Station.
That was as of 4:02 this afternoon.
