how does he even know this? She would have had to tell him first on National TV. You put things out there and you open yourself up to be judged and discussed.
Amber told Eric in confidence. He SWORE not to tell anyone. I dont know if she whispered it, but there are ways to tell someone something without it really clearly being heard on camera. Either way he PROMISED not to share it but then told Jessica and said that he knows something that "could take her down and that shows her REAL character".
I like how Jessica replied saying "I dont think that would take her out, and I dont care what people do outside of this house. You wouldnt tell anyone ERic, would you, since you swore? You wouldnt do that, would you?" I think she is on to him.
And for those of you who like Eric...many people are PISSSED at Eric b/c he campaigns for who he wants (nick) for days and days, THEN when we gets our vote, he says like one day "I hate Kail. I want her to go."
He really isnt playing the game the way I believe they intended him too. He isnt supposed to campaign for who he wants (he was jealous of NIck and wanted him out) then only ONE day say "I want Kail...I want Jen....to go".
Go to cbs.com....people are really pizzed off at him!

They should do it right when People are put on the block, then he wouldnt look like a liar......and people wouldnt be so pizzed at him. Right now on the live feeds, it is 4am....and Jamika, Amber and **** are up talking in the sitting area where the ceremony's are. Jamika is braiding Ambers hair.
Eric, Jess, & Dustin are in the bedroom with the high beds, planning their 24 hour marathon of sleep. Eric isnt in on the competition, he is just in jess's bed talking to her.
They told Jamika earlier that they are going to have two dogs. One will be called Jamika and the other will be Veto, for Power of Veto.....
Wait till Jess sees the tapes at the end of the show and finds out that Eric was not as honest with her then she thinks.
Supposedly I heard that the plane the flew over the house with the banner, was grounded by the police....

He's getting money he wouldn't get otherwise - money some of the houseguests staying a little longer won't be getting. He should have played his cards much much closer to the vest and kept people guessing instead of outwardly alligning with everyone so he wouldn't look like a liar.
