what are your pet peeves?
mine is people who don't read. that is, people who don't take the time to pay attention and read (not people who unfortunately don't know how.)
Like today for example. I got on elevator with a huge neon sign above it saying that it stops at only floors 27-38. So someone asked me if it stopped at the 6th floor....

Sooo many things. Loud gum chewing, women with acrylic nails who drum their fingers on everything, loud typing, people who are self absorbed, immature people who think they are still in high school.
I agree with most of Goldi's pet peeves too.

-Poor spelling
-People who misuse words to sound smart or people who make up words thinking they really exist
-People who curse in front of children

Wow, a lot of these, but TODAY...it's 10 year old girls who dance like they are 30 year old Janet Jackson wannabees. Don't do the 'Ya think you're all that' dance move when you have no idea what all that really is

People at work who cannot take ownership of anything and then continously and publically throw their co-worker under the bus for THEIR mistakes.

dirty bare feet on a couch
people who don't let you in when you are trying to pull into traffic and the light is red....just let me in!
chewing loud, swallowing loud
people who always have a story - you tell them something about you and they say, well you should have seen MY ....."  Mine is worse etc etc

1. People who smile to your face, then stab you in the back
2. Tailgaters, azzhats who cut me off, and just rude drivers in general
3. When DH leaves me 2 squares of toilet paper
4. When DH puts his clothes in the washing machine inside-out.....when I fold them out of the dryer, it takes me twice as long....
5. When I always seem to pick the line at the store where some old lady is arguing that something is on sale, when it isn't......
