Crockpots...which one?

So...I was reading the recipe board and there was a post for a good recipe using a crockpot. I have thought about buying one for a while now...but...what's a good one? Any recommendations?

I like my Rival Crockpot. They come in different sizes... IMO, you can't go wrong with any brand. And you learn as you go... the recipe may say "cook on low for 8 hours" but your crockpot might cook it in 6... it's trial and error.

I like my Rival too - I think that we got it at Sam's Club. The one that I have has two crock inserts - a regular one and a divided one that you can use to make a main and side dish togther (although I have to admit that I haven't really used that feature Chat Icon )

I would recommend either getting the programmable one or the digital one with the different hour settings that will switch to warm when the time is up.
