I go right to the DVR. Not even sure when the last time I watched live Tv. DVR is the best invention EVER!

Depends on the time of day...
In the morning my tv goes directly to channel 7.
FOr the baby NOGGIN or Nick Jr.
At night, I check all the prime time stations first.
Then Hbo
Food Channel
Lifetime
Mtv
Mainly though, all my tvs stay on channel 7. I love eyewitness news!

It also depends on the time of day for me too but usually:
Food Network
HGTV
TLC
ABC (love channel 7 eyewitness news too!)
then i look for baseball or football depending on the season
