If someone very close to you (a first cousin) did not attend your wedding would you go tho their wedding? The excuse was " they could not get off work" ..

If people couldnt make my wedding, they couldnt make it. I didnt need any explanations or excuses, and i certainly wouldn't hold it against them.

Yes, definitely if it was a legitimate excuse. Some people simply can not get off of work like others, esp. in certain careers.

Yes, i think i would. it is family after all. you say you're close with him/her so i would defintieyl go.... i know you're hurt they he/she didn't go to yours, but i would be the better person. and you will probably enjoy yourself too!
