Famous Dave's Catering
Has anyone used them? Their website doesn't go into much detail about what they offer.

They are in North Carolina (IDK about other locations but I am positive there is not one in NY), but if they ship go for it.

There's one on 347 in Stony Brook or Nesconset too. I've had catering from there at a work event--chicken, ribs, cole slaw, corn, and corn bread. It was pretty good, but some of the corn bread was burned and the ribs were kind of dry, but that may have been from sitting out for a while.

Tennessee Jack's BBQ in East Islip does catering.. they have a huge menu on their website. SOOO much better than the chain restaurant stuff!

I've never used their catering, but... if you go there, they have a catering menu that you can take out (i grabbed it once instead of the take-out menu by mistake)... but its pretty thorough- tells everything that they have; combinations; prices, etc....

I'm in VA, but we used Famous Dave's for a company picnic and it was really good!! You can get chicken, beef brisket, pork, ribs, and different side dishes.

AS for their catering, I don't know what it is like but their food is delicious.

Glad my plug worked... I havent been to LI in a few months and don't have plans to go until like September.. and not one day goes by that I dont ACHE for their pulled pork quesadillla.... sigh!
