Way to make myself feel old!
I decided to relive my pre-teen years and bought Duran Duran's Greatest CD, which came with a DVD of their videos. Just reminded me so much of how crazy obsessed and totally in love with Simon LeBon I was. I cannot believe he is almost 50! Just wanted to share...

I just saw Bon Jovi interviewed last week and he was wearing a shirt that said, and I quote "Tell Your MOM I said Hi!!"". My 9 year old said "mom, he said Hi to you". Boy did I feel every one of my 40 years.

Re: Way to make myself feel old!
I was in 5th grade when Seven and the Ragged Tiger was popular. I had a John Taylor hat and a photocopy of his signature!
Talk about feeling old...

Re: Way to make myself feel old!
Many moons ago, my uncle worked in a photo lab in the city and some guy came in with a roll a film to be developed. Upon developing the film, my uncle noticed they were pictures of John Taylor with his then girlfriend, Andy Taylor with his mum and many others taken while their spin off group Power Station (which was my very first concert) was on tour. My uncle "accidently" made extra copies for his lovestruck niece. I keep them in my photo album and do still enjoy looking at them. Let's just say those pictures made a new girl in her a school popular quite fast
And BTW Lauren --- that CD is currently in my CD player in the car
