cigarettes. At least weed is about 90% more natural. And you're not taking in formalduhyde and glue and what are all the other toxins that cigs have? And for the person who said you inhale longer...yes, you're right, but think about the number of joints a day vs. the number of smokes a day.

I think that it depends on the frequency that you smoke either. Neither are healthy. Cigarettes are addictive and so casually smoking can potentially be more dangerous to you in the long run if you become addicted.
