YES! One need TONS 'O CASH to live there, BUT GOD is it beautiful. 
and don't even get me started on the eye candy on surfboards and in the ocean EVERYWHERE EVERYDAY . The weather? GORGEOUS. I pray that DH get a programming job there and that offer him $$$$$$$ so he would HAVE to take it.

Actually I think it is great you'll be close to your family. And I know Coral Springs well. My best childhood friend moved there.

so you go down there? You can always joke around with me!!! We will still be up here enough times a year - I just look at it reverse - instead of going to Florida 4-5 times a year - we'll be coming to NY! And I still plan on getting my hair done at Top Point - I'll never give that up!!

Family is in Boca Raton - we have a place. Our lease begins on Aug 7th - when we go will depend on if I get a guidance job - pray please!!! If I've gotten one by then and need to be there before that - I can stay at my mom's. If I don't have a job at that point - we'll prob move the stuff in a few days after the 7th - and may come back up and chill out a bit in LB - DH does not have to be there until Sept 10.
