I don't watch this anymore... but that would be a serious loss! He's a good character and I wouldn't want to see him re-cast becuase the actor who plays him is perfect for the role.

"the nightshift" is a GH spinoff thats starting next week on SOAPnet. It's two main stars will be Robin and Patrick, with a whole new cast of other Dr's and nurses. I thought Jason was going to be a part of it too, but I could be wrong and maybe he is leaving the show.
I have a feeling he'll leave for a little while and go to prison, then come back when he's cleared for Alcazar's murder.

Same here. he is definitley doing Nightshift, he's in all the commercials. I also read that he's going on vaca & he would be back sometime in August (on GH). I don't get how they are going to have some of the same characters on NS & GH. What if you only watch 1 show, won't it get confusing?

It's probably going to end up like Port Charles. The characters that went there were on both for a while, then they got all new people and only Lucy and Kevin stayed on PC and didn't come back to GH.
I don't think Jason should leave and hope he doesn't. HOWEVER, I am soooooooo sick of Sam and she says his name every 2 seconds and I'm sick of it and sick of her 
They've been saying Sonny was leaving on and off for a few years now. he's not going anywhere! He better now. He's so sexy I love him!

Wow..Really.. This is the first time i am hearing this, what time will this show be on?and it's only going to be on soapnet? Thank you so much for this information, now i have a new show to watch!!

yea looks like they are doing both. If you go to the soapnet website it says More Drama More Sex More etc... so it looks like its going to be a night soap where it's spicier, YAY!!!! They should bring Brenda back for this
