My car
Is in the body shop finally getting fixed. I got an enterprise rental. What a POS this car is.
The collission place was calling them for over 30 minutes trying to get them on the phone and they wouldn't pick up. He drove me there himself and opened up a can of whoopazz on them. They treated me like a queen after, but the phones were just ringing and nobody was answering.
The rental is still a POS..good thing it's only for a few days. I had to put air in the right front tire before I got home. I hope I don't get a flat.

In a few days my car will be fixed and I will be happy but I hate rental car companies. He upgraded me from the insurance $25/per day car. Yeah, this is an upgrade?

I had to use Enterprise last month when I was rear ended. Since it was only 5 days after my accident, I was still a bit nervous driving and being a passenger. The guy who picked me up was about 22 years old. He peeled out of the parking lot, made a u-turn on Middle Country Rd. with no traffic light in sight, and proceeded to speed up to brake lights. I was white knuckled during this 2 mile ride. I bet that he is an even worse driver when he isn't working.

I rented a car from them once and the dashboard fell off onto me when I stopped! I also had a different car conk out on me in the drive thru at the bank. They came to the bank and brought me another car, the one that had the dash board fall off! I hope your car is fixed asap!!

Some guy hit me almost two months ago and Allstate had to track him down to get the story straight so they could pay me.
It's minor, but it still needs fixing.
I would rather not say what kind of car on here but I will FM. I don't want to offend anyone that may have this car.

Susan trust me - it is definitely routine with Enterprise. I had to get a rental through my collision shop when a Suburban smashed into the back of my car (they were networked with Enterprise in Lynbrook) and they gave me a filthy Taurus which had a oil change warning light, brake light, and after a rain I noticed had puddles of water in.
I ended up returning the car and they gave me a Buick LaCrosse. It was better but I will never go back to them.
