My only plans were to get my Masters Degree a few years after starting working after college. I completed that goal 4 years ago, and since then, I haven't really had a plan.
I certainly never planned to get married by a certain age or have kids.
The only planning I do now is when our next vacation will be!
Other than that, we're taking it as it comes. When the time is right, we'll get to where ever it is where supposed to be.

I never had an age that I would be married by. Once I got married though I wanted to have my first kid by 30. I will make my deadline by a month.

I really only had a plan for my career. I hoped I'd meet a great guy and get married - and I always thought 28 was a great age for marriage.
Dated a few jerks and a few nice guys who just werent right for me. Turned 28 and was single and it was no big deal.
Ended up meeting DH at 28 - go my PhD at 31 - married Neil at 32. Became a mom at 33 and got my tenure track college teaching job.
There's a great Irish saying -
Not all who wander are lost.
I took my time figuring out what I wanted to do - I moved to Europe and lived there for a year - took my time through grad school, and had lots of crazy adventures when a lot of my friends were following a more traditional path. I'm sure a lot of them thought I was lost for a while. . . but I couldnt imagine a better life for myself if I tried.

I never really had a married age goal, although when I was younger I think I thought I'd be married a little younger than 27. On a similar note, when my friend from work had her first baby at 31, I thought to myself, I'd love to have my first at 29 - it just happened to work out that way. I didn't plan it that way.
