Do you weigh yourself every day?
I do. I weigh myself every morning with just a t-shirt on. Before I eat anything....

See - thats the thing - I care more about how my clothes are fitting me, but its almost like a compulsion. I have to weigh myself - especially now that I'm post partum.
isnt that bad?????

Same here, i tend to obsess over the number and that is so bad. I go by the fit of my clothes as well

Since I got pregnant oh no...I'm scared to step on that scale...but will have to for the next 3 months bc I have to monitor myself...the best thing to do is weigh yourself in the morning...it gives you that boost to watch what you put in your mouth throughout the day...

I weigh myself 2x a day on weekdays. I go to the gym at work and weigh myself before and after my workout.
I don't know why. I just do!
I don't really weigh myself on the weekends.

The way Cailen smiles at me.... He looks at me like I'm so beautiful - and I know I am to him.
I know he doesn't think - theres mommy. She's so pretty. But she'd be so much prettier with 10 less pounds on her frame!

I weigh myself about every 3 or 4 days...
But, I'll weigh myself in the morning after a day of eating healthy, and avoid it in the morning after a day of eating like a pig...this yo-yo happens a few times a week for me...but it all evens it self out!! Mondays are always avoided...they're the worst!!

Every day. Sometimes multiple times a day. I wish we didn't have a bathroom scale. But I do enjoy seeing how my weight fluctuates through the day.

I should say I don't usually weigh myself on Mondays.
