Do you think it's ok to keep secrets
from your DH/DW or SO? Or do you think couples should know everything about eachother & there's no point in hiding things. I'm not talking major things, little things like the fact that you bleach your lip hair or your weight, etc. Saw this on a morning show and just wondering opinions.

yes some secrets are ok-
like if you friend has an std or something- your husband doesnt need to know that
stuff like that about other people should be kept to yourself
but things about me, i want him to know and i tell him everything

Secrets where someone else confided in you, then yeah those are ok.
Secrets about me...I'm ok with him knowing stuff. I don't have much to hide anyway. I don't live that exciting of a life!

Same here. If someone tells me not to tell anyone, I don't...not even DH.
As far as myself, I'm not a huge secret keeper. Everyone knows my deal.

Things like you mention here, I don't see the issue in not telling him. If he asked, I guess I would, but I'm not going to come out and say, "you know what honey, I think you really need to know I bleach my lip hair"

yes i hide all that girly stuff from FH and trust me he is NEVER going to ask me about it - i think it is part of keeping my feminine "mystique"!

I agree with most of the ladies, you shouldn't tell your DH/SO "other" people's secrets.
For me "less is more" the person I'm with does not need to know how horrible my last boyfriend/husband was and stuff like that.

I secretly pluck hairs from my chin and refuse to do it in front of him. He has no idea that I do it.
I secretly sleep on his pillow when he is not in bed with me even though it is the most uncomfortable pillow ever.
