Dear Co-Worker
I just wanted to applaud you on the email you sent out, copying our boss.
It was well-worded, professionally written & um...yes...VERY FAMILIAR.
That's right. It's because it was EXACTLY what I told you over the phone verbatim only it was your name on the email, not mine.
