work question
i have been at my job for a year now and they are supposed to do a review and hopefully give me a raise. From what i've heard through other people, they dont just call you in to do the review, you pretty much have to remind them.
How would you bring it up? Do i email my boss and say something like- since i've been here a year, do i get a review?

Re: work question
Yup. I'd email or just stop in and say, I've been here a year, and it would be really helpful for me to get an idea as to how I'm performing, so I was wondering when is it appropriate to have a review?

I agree. This is a great way to approach it.
