mommies-changing table question

i attached a pic of my changing table but i'm not sure how to organize it.
What do you recommend keeping close by in the table?

i keep extra diapers, i keep wipes and diaper cream on the top in a wicker basket. I also have another area in the changing table where i keep spare changing covers

I keep diapers, wipes, diaper cream, powder, lotion, hand sanitizer, a box of bags to put dirty diapers into, and a small hand toy for her to play with wihile I'm doing my business. I have one of those diaper organizers and everything but the bags & toy fits into it.

I have the same exact one. We put the changing pad on the left. On the right I have the wipes and a basket that holds the cream, tissues, lotion, powder etc. I have a diaper holder that I attached to the cabinet part. Also in the cabinet I put extra wipes, q-tips, washcloths, towels and medicines.
