I believe they come in two dozens..I think they are $13.99.

I was going to say the same thing.
Its a little funny...most of the time its between $12.99 and $14.99, but I've seen them for $9.99, $19.99, etc....depending on time of year and COSTCO location! Last time I bought them - 2x in one week - they were cheaper in Commack than in Westbury.
