DS is just getting over strep- and coincidentally now DH is sick too (everytime my son has something my DH miracously catches it...)
Truthfully DH didnt look so hot today...But I cant stand the fact that he declares he is sick and POOF he just goes to bed....
I could never ever ever in a million years just get up and go to bed!

Totally! It's unreal how dramatic they can be over a little cold. Try having cramps/PMS headaches/backaches every month, buddy. ugh.

OMG yes!!! I find it funny I can still have my . a sinus infection, fever and throwing my brains up and still manage to clean, cook and go food shopping; where as my DH gets a headache and cant even come to the table and eat. I have a child and he is 31 years old...how lucky am I.

I don't think my DH is dramatic per se. I think he could maybe tough it out a little more. I work with kids who basically have limited personal hygiene skills and I tend to get sick more often because of that. I lose my voice or get a sore throat and I always go to work and I NEED my voice to work. If it happens to DH, he takes days off. I think we are tougher creatures - designed to be stronger, live longer and complain less.

YES!!!!
This morning DH woke me up at 5:30am to tell me he was nauseas and he didn't know what was going on You had to wake me up for that!!!!!!! Just go throw up and leave me alone 
Now he is still sleeping and every now and then whimpers

when DH was sick he actually asked me to lick an envelope for him because it hurt to stick out his tongue Then, he would wake me up in the middle of the night to tell me his throat hurt. He is a child. Thank god he doesn't have to give birth!

Did you forget that I have 3 kids down here and I haven't had sleep in a month and a half because I'm up half the night feeding our son. Get over it and make your own tea!

YES!!! And then my DH will have the audacity to tell me that I have a weak immune system. Excuse me? When 27 kids cough, sneeze, touch and spit when they talk on you, yes, I'll catch it! And yet, I STILL GO TO WORK!!!
