I would just wait for him to come home with out calling him. Try and get all your thoughts together so you're prepared to hit him with with everything when he walks in. Don't give HIM time to think about anything. Stay strong.

I would wait until he gets home. Ask him about it again. When he says "why don't you trust me" that is when you take the printed out evidence outto show him.

I would wait until he gets home. You want to catch him off guard and you want to SEE his reaction when you question him. Don't give him time to think of all the right things to say.
Did you print out the emails? I think that's a good way to start the conversation and to see his "OH Sh!T" look.
I can't imagine what you must be feeling right now.

What do you want to do?
The spiteful side of me says clean out the joint account, deposit the binder into your account, pack his stuff & leave it on the porch.
The rational side says sleep on it (if you can) tonight & see how you feel in the morning.
The big thing is don't let him turn this around on you. Focusing on you "violating" his privacy. That's not the issue.
I'm sorry you're dealing with this.

That's what I said in FM - that he will feel backed against the wall and try and turn this into a "you went into my email" fight - hand him the printout...

I wouldn't call him because if he has an idea, it'll give him time to come up with a story. I'd confront him and see what he has to say and if he still denies it, then I'd show him the emails. But then the crazy side of me would make him think I bought the story and surprise him with the printed emails on his pillow when he goes to bed.

Don't even justify any of his issues with you checking his email. Your GUT was telling you that something was wrong and you were right. You have NOTHING to defend, you are not the one who did anything wrong. He is your husband - and if you thought something was going on you had every right to do what you did.

I agree with everyone else, he's going to try to turn it around on you. Don't buy into it, you had a gut feeling and followed it and turned out to be correct, this is all him, don't let him make you feel other wise.

i am sooo very sorry you are going thru this! Do you feel up to talking to him tonight about this? I think you did the right thing by following your gut and checking it out, and don't let him make you feel bad for checking his email--it doesn't change what he was doing.
