Bad day

Actualy Monday, Tuesday and today were all great. Then at 5:15pm when I was leaving I got some news that made me really upset and I am just so dissappointed and feel so burned. I have lost all faith in my boss, co-worker and company. I love my job, love what I do but hate what I am around. I think I am going to have to look at some options. I feel like all the hard work and dedication I put into the company was just wasted time. People I believed in and respected are nothing but scum. I feel like someone told me something because they felt it was what I wanted to hear instead of being honest with me. I dont want to leave, but I just feel like I should. I feel like I am acting on emotion, but I just feel so burned and I just dont know how I could look at these people.

Thanks. I feel bad for DH he has to hear it for hours. I sure do beat a dead horse.

I feel like the biggest idiot. I think their is a sign on my back that says "Shmuck walking"

I also found out their is also this major conspiracy to get the big boss who is on a contract that doesnt expire for 2 more years out and a director out. Major conspiracy and hush hush things floating around. After hour phone calls to the President of the company by numerous employees, and information going to one of the major key players on the board to make drastic changes. I cant handle all the drama and unstability. I've put it up for 2 1/2 years and I just dont know if I could put up with it anymore. Then add the disappointment and my true cancer emotions I am a mess

Thanks ladies. I am really upset, but time will heal this. It's going to take some time and the strength to accept the things I can not change

Thank you. Oh yes this type of behavior is definately a normal dealing. It just amazes me how this type of behavior is accepted. But management does a real good job at covering things up and being blind and deaf. I am debating calling in sick tomorrow. But I dont think I will because I have a scheduled PTO for Monday.

I definately plan on taking care of myself

Sounds to me like you're "sick" of the cr@p that's going on. That's good enough to call in sick in my book.

I had a horrible situation at work a few years ago. I did stick it out & it did get better. I loved my job for years before but because of the tension in the office, I dreaded going in. A mental health day is probably what allowed me to stick it out.

Thanks ladies. I didnt sleep last night. I felt so bad for DH, I didnt sleep and kept him up by tossing and turning.

I am going to go in today but take tomorrow off so i'll have a nice long weekend.

I just don't know what to do anymore or what to believe
