"Taxable 20% Service Charge"... What in the hell?
We're about to sign the contract for my sister's bridal shower and I noticed the phrase "taxable twenty percent (20%) service charge and applicable sales taxes (8.625%). 
Holy!! Was it always like this? I don't remember paying tax on the freaking tip!! Man, what a racket.

if its a "gratuity", they can't!

2081 days for me sister.   You know, I remembered last night that Coral House "included" the tip in their quote. I'll say it again, @$^@$&%@ catering halls.
