My BIL hit him with his car He is really banged up and tired but ok.

We have decided to get a pen for the backyard for him. He is just too nuts.
And now our new neighbors next door have a dog and bailey keeps digging to get to him
ETA: There were over 15 people trying to catch him and 2 of our neighbors got in their cars to get him. We were sooo embarassed
