My mom cried when she saw her. My dad jumped up and down my aunt told her how proud of her she was... and it was all a f*cking lie!
It's so hard when someone close to you has an addiction. I know, my sister has been an addict on and off for 20 years. Even though she may be hooked again, don't think she did it to you or as a lie. She has a disease and she can't control it. The only reason she had gotten clean was cuz she was in the hospital. The hardest thing for these people to do is STAY clean. I know how hard it is for you, but remember you have done everything you could do for her. She has to beat the addiction on her own.
My best friend from Vegas who disappered cause she was addicted to Heroin and was clean for 90 days She has 2 beautiful kids who re so f*cked up it's not even funny.... who was here for 2 weeks with the kids stayed in my house left here on the 13th never heard from her even though she said she'd call me. So I called her moms house and her sister told me she is no longer living there I asked why and she told me that she started popping pills (which is how the heroin started). Her parents kicked her out and now she has no where to go SO I am sure she will be back with the loser who got her hooked on the heroin.
I feel like such an idiot. She asked if she could stay here I said yes....my husband was so against it but I stuck up for her and talked him into it. And his main reason for not wanting her to stay here was because he didn't want her to hurt me again... and guess what SHE DID. No I am sitting on the couch crying because even though he wont say it he has every right to say "I told ya so"
I am so sorry to hear about your friend Kristin... Your friend is messed up 'Bigtime' this is now the time for toughlove for her, I hope and pray she comes around and realize there are people who love her and want her Healthy and happy and drugfree.If you need to talk I am here for you.
