My poor niece...
Their neighbor has a dog that my 3yr old niece loves. So whenever she is out their neighbor brings the dog over to see her.
Well, they have one of those retractable leashes and the dog started running passed her while she was on her bike. They leash cut across her neck and knocked off her bike.
She now has burns all over her neck from it. She said it hurts soo bad.
Please be careful when using those leashes or even when you are around them

Poor thing, Thank God she's okay.
I've never liked those leashes, you can't control the dog with them at all.
