Training temps

i wish my company could get temps that could work out. my boss might be letter our 2nd temp go next week. she said he's too slow. i'm glad she doesn't blame me with h ow i train them.

wow, my friend and I just had a conversation and this was her number one complaint!

I have no issues with temps in general but some of them just don't care ... I feel your pain. Sorry you have to deal with it.

I understand. I went through 5 temps and only kept one for a perm position. It's hard to find good temps.

I can only imagine that they dont put 100% into their work due to the fact that they know they aren't there for the long run, so why bother pushing themselves??? Thats the only thing Im thinking because I can kind of relate. These temps know that once they are in, they will be out just as fast, so they dont feel the need to prove themselves.

You need to find a better agency to get them from and develop a friendly relationship with your contact person! Trust me, they will start sending you some awesome ones
